Hey, I'm Keri Tait
Keri started her fitness career with competitive cheerleading. She began coaching children in the sport at the age of 15 and progressed to training high school level athletes in 2013. After getting married and moving, she found herself in a place where fitness was no longer an everyday event. In 2014, she stumbled upon CrossFit Training and loved the constantly varied workouts. In 2015, she became CF-L1 certified and got back into the training world.
Over the years, she started to explore different types of strength and conditioning training. She uses her knowledge of both traditional and functional training to help individuals reach their physical goals, but more importantly their mental state surrounding health and fitness. In her younger years, Keri found herself in the constant state of yo-yo dieting, but now loves to help people heal their relationship with both food and exercise. She loves to work one-on-one, but also thrives in a class setting and being everyone’s hype-man. She believes fitness should be fun for everyone. In her off-time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, twin toddlers, and two puppies. Come in and train with Keri for sweats and giggles.
